Terms & Conditions

1. Exclusivity

We create our products with passion and care, and we believe it’s important that our wholesale partners share these values. Therefore, we reserve the right to enter into exclusivity agreements with selected partners.

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Our products are handmade with great care and love. Should something go wrong, we offer a 3-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Defects caused by normal wear and tear are not covered.

3. Payment Terms & Discounts

Payment term: Payments must be made within 14 days from the invoice date.
Payment method: We accept bank transfers only.
Late payments: For payments received later than 30 days after the invoice date, we reserve the right to charge 1.5% interest per month. If payment is still not made after 30 days and after a reminder, the invoice will be transferred to a third party for collection.

We offer an attractive discount structure as a thank you for your trust in us. Discounts are calculated on the order amount excluding VAT:

• €250 = 5% discount

• €350 = 7% discount

• €500 = 10% discount

4. Returns & Exchanges

Defective products: The buyer is required to report any defects to the delivered products in writing within 7 days of receipt to UCHU REMINDERS via email: wholesale@uchu.nl.
Return procedure: Returns or order changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Return shipping costs and risks are the buyer’s responsibility; damage or loss during return shipment is not our responsibility. Returned products must be in good condition and in their original, unopened packaging. We do not accept opened packaging; these will not be refunded.

If your returned items cause your total order amount to drop below the threshold for your discount tier, your discount may be adjusted or voided. This will be deducted from your store credit.

Returns are compensated with store credit, which can be used towards a future order.
Return costs: The costs for returns of defective products will be covered by us. For exchanges without defects, all shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

5. Orders & Shipping

Minimum order value: The minimum order value is €150 per order.
Delivery time: We aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days, depending on product availability.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs depend on the order size and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €250 (excluding VAT and shipping). Orders are shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium via DHL. DHL’s general terms and conditions apply to all shipments.

If you refuse your parcel at delivery or fail to collect it at a pickup point within the designated timeframe, any shipping and return costs will be your responsibility. These costs will be deducted from any refund or credit.

6. Liability

UCHU REMINDERS is not liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit resulting from the use of our products.

7. Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing at least 30 days in advance.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
